Not only can women coordinate their outfits with their handbags, but they can also coordinate their portable electronics with them too. Retailers and vendors are making it easier for women to match everything with their purses by making corresponding cell phone and iPod cases out of the same material.
Silver BroochAt Target, for example, juniors can match the Luella cherry clutch, $16.99, with the corresponding cherry print coin purse, $14.99, and iPod case, $12.99. Nine West, which sells in many mid-tier department stores, and has its own retail outlets, sells several purses that come with matching cell phone cases at one cost. Its "sure thing hobo," which retails at $59, comes with a mirror and keychain, in Tiffany Flower Ring addition to a matching cell phone pouch. Its "pebble essentials" purse comes with a complementary cell phone and makeup bag.
Even high-end brands are jumping on board. Coach makes cases for the iPod shuffle and the mini, for prices ranging from $58 to $178, and cell phone
embroidered patches cases, cell phone lanyards and BlackBerry cases for anywhere from $28 to $88. Kate Spade sells a leather PDA holder for $95 and two different models of iPod cases.
