Previously Announced Corporate Name Change to Bohai Pharmaceuticals Group, Inc. Results in New Ticker (OTCBB:BOPH)
YANTAI, China -- Bohai Pharmaceuticals Group, Inc. (鈥淏ohai鈥? (OTCBB:BOPH) today announced that the company鈥檚 ticker symbol as quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board has been changed from OTCBB:LNKR to OTCBB:BOPH effective today, February 9, 2010.
On February 8, 2010, Bohai received notification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) that the company鈥檚 name change from Link Resources, Inc. to Bohai Pharmaceuticals Group, Inc. and symbol change were formally approved. As previously announced, Bohai鈥檚 corporate name was legally changed effective January 29, 2010.
Bohai also announced that the CUSIP number for its common stock is 097316 103 and its ISIN number is US0973161039.
